Check In\Check Out
– Check in is from 2.00pm and departure time is by 11.30am. Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in but this is subject to availability on the day and cannot be assured in advance. Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage before their room is ready.

Cancellations
– Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the arrival date
– In the event of a now show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, the first nights accommodation amount will be charged

Tariff
– All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT and Full English or Continental Breakfast
– Children’s cots are free upon request

Smoking Policy
-The hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout, although guests are welcome to smoke on our covered patio area in the garden.
